Benji is out of surgery

Benji is out of surgery and recovery and doing great. They ended up just putting rods on the outside of his foot to stabilize the foot instead of opening it up to do internal stabilizing. They put a plate in his finger and don't have plans to do anymore surgeries. We're starting to work through the details of Social Security and what to do about plastic surgery that is needed since there is no medical insurance between either my mom or Connie. It's all really overwhelming for my mom to think about and then there is the funeral arrangements, so just pray that us kids can get as much of things done for her because she really can't even think about things the reality details or she breaks down.
